PT Heat Exchangers Indonesia is dedicated in growing its business via an integrated approach of a high number of relatively small business improvement projects and with a focused attention to sales and marketing. We plan to expand our basic business through prudent growth of our existing products in particular the Air Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHE) and Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers.
We will achieve our business expansion by fine tuning what we do best. With the current investment of new and additional equipment to manufacture ACHE for the Darwin LNG project we are now in a position to more competitively offer our ACHE to both local and overseas EPC contractors and end users.
To improve our already high quality standards we plan to continue improving on the strength of the ISO 9001:2000 accreditation and our recently obtained SQLO (Chinese) certification.
We plan to accomplish our objectives by
- Investing in our people who represent one of our most important assets.
- A greater effort in achieving delivery of a quality product on time.
We will continue to push the envelope by developing the skills of our engineers and shop workers, by empowering and making them accountable, encourage them to think and act independently, work as a team and expose them to change. We will create a culture by giving them common outlooks i.e. focus on high technology, deliver the best quality products and on time, providing a high level of customer service and to be a growing company in the industry.
In the sales and marketing area we plan to acquire new customers mainly in the developed world as this is the area where we are most competitive.
