PT. HEI has established and developed the control fabrication process including inspections, tests and records that are necessary to achieve the level required for quality and to meet Code and contractual requirements. Each function and its acceptance shall be recorded as it is completed.
QA/QC System also provides a method for identification of inspection status of items throughout fabrication to dispatch.
PT. HEI assigns each project to a QC Inspector who manages inspection activities between Manufacturing, Customer Representative, ASME Authorized Inspector and/ or MIGAS , to ensure the projects commences in accordance with quality requirements.
