The company is commited to effective project management and as such has established systems and alocated resources to ensure delivery milestones are attained and the client are fully informed of project progress.
PT. HEI Project Management Team prepares schedules, coordinates and ensures execution of all projects to meet client's delivery expectations with regard to engineering, procurement, manufacturing and delivery.
PT. HEI assigns each project to a Project Manager who is the single point of contact for our customers. The project managers establish a cohesive multidiciplinary team to achieve the end objective in line with client expectations. This includes liaison with customers, external agencies such as 3rd party inspectors and statutory authorities, to ensure the projects commence in time with schedule requirements.
A product program is established (dependent upon specification requirements) which indicates the time scale schedule of each phase of the work and critical path activities. During the performance of the contract the Production Program is updated on a monthly basis to reflect actual status against planned.
Production Progress Reports are issued weekly and include a summary of the material procurement and engineering/documentation status as well as manufacturing status. |
